A downloadable project for Windows

"ChordWall", by Camden MacIver, Brayden Batts, and Thomas Gelman, is a musical instrument designed to be played in the "Cyma Rubin Visualization Gallery" at NCSU's D.H. Hill Library. The project has you immersed in a 360 degree light show that responds dynamically to your input. The musician is equipped with a Wand (A PS4 Controller), which they use to conduct the "Chord Walls" on what musical chord should be played, and the chord plays out through the gallery's surround sound system. The player is able to conduct walls individually by pointing the wand at them or all at once, allowing the musician to create a totally unique sound experience right in the moment. All of this combines to create the unique sensation of being surrounded by the instrument as you play it.
